Podcast Voces del Andén

A podcast about family caregiving, unfiltered

Family caregiving doesn’t come with an instruction manual. It also doesn’t give permission to ask the uncomfortable questions:

  • Can I be angry at someone I love?
  • Is it normal to wish it would all end?
  • How do I reconcile guilt with exhaustion?

Voces del Andén is a space for conversations that are rarely had in public.

  • No toxic positivity.
  • No unsolicited advice.
  • Just truth.

A podcast that opens the floor to caregivers, experts, and real voices, to talk about love, fatigue, loss, and the dignity of caring—even when no one is watching.

Format:Season 1 · 10 episodes
